Initially, we tested different approaches to making this service available to patients. In the first phase, patients could purchase online interpretation when collecting their results in the patient portal. Interest in the service led to the decision to introduce the option to purchase at collection points, where staff actively informed patients about the availability of professional interpretation.

Badaj.to decided to introduce a free model – every patient undergoing tests began receiving interpretation automatically, without incurring additional costs.

Thanks to the possibility of online consultation, they can better prepare for a doctor’s visit and more consciously plan their next steps in taking care of their health.

The latest element of the system is medical consultations available directly in the laboratory’s patient portal. This responds to the need for in-depth dialogue with a specialist. After receiving the interpretation of results, patients can ask additional questions to a team of qualified doctors.
