New Feature in LabTest Checker: Direct Medical Team Support
Our test results interpretation system LabTest Checker has gained a new functionality: the ability to additionally consult results. After receiving their results description, patients can ask questions directly on the platform, where our team of medical specialists provides answers.

The introduction of medical consultations responds to a real need expressed by our users. How Does It Work?
- Patient logs into the results portal at their laboratory.
- Patient fills out a medical questionnaire and receives results description.

- The medical team analyzes the question and provides an answer, which appears directly under the patient’s results.
Why Is This Important?
Our new service fits into the broader trend of personalizing medical care. While standard results interpretation helps understand the basic aspects of tests, medical consultation allows for clarification of individual doubts and patient concerns.
